Description
This Sources Sought/RFI seeks market information about 24/7 remote telephonic technical support and 12-month ESP Tier II and Ribbon Tier III support licenses for one Nortel/Ribbon CS2100 and three CS1000M telephone switches. The requested support includes troubleshooting, diagnostics, fault isolation, problem resolution, system restoration, and retrieval or repair of switch files on the STORM server; replacement of internal server hardware may be required. The scope also includes three 24-hour on-site support visits during the year, approximately every four months, with additional on-site support if an issue cannot be resolved remotely. The notice is for market research only and is not a solicitation or commitment to purchase. The performance period is stated as 12 months, beginning upon award; specific service locations will be provided upon award.
