The solicitation seeks newly manufactured electronic switch spares. Refurbished, remanufactured, and repaired material is unacceptable. Offers from sources that are not government-approved will be technically unacceptable; distributors of approved sources must include an authorized distributor letter on the source's letterhead with their offer.
