The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is soliciting bids for janitorial maintenance services at the Dwyer Junction Rest Area, located at Milepost 0.20 on U.S. Highway 26, north of Wheatland, Wyoming. The contract will cover all janitorial duties necessary to maintain the rest area facilities. Interested bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid inspection and conference on August 27, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Mountain Time at the Dwyer Junction Rest Area. Bids will be received electronically through Public Purchase until September 8, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Mountain Time. The solicitation number is 26-238RC.
