Description
This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide and install three (3) large ceiling fans, specifically the Essence Fan Kit, Wired, Black/Silver, 10ft, 100-125V, 1 Phase, Black heat sink or equivalent. The scope of work includes the fans themselves, along with necessary mounting kits (8 ft and 4 ft extension tubes with guy wires, I-Beam Adapter) and high-lift equipment for ceiling heights ranging from 30-45 feet. The installation will take place at the Fitness and Sports Center, Building 316, Vance AFB, Enid, OK. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis to a responsible offeror whose quote is within the government's available funding. All vendors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission.
