The Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting proposals for two service lots: Traffic Operations Center (TOC) floor operations and Safety Service Patrol (SSP) services. The opportunity is statewide and includes revised pricing schedules for both lots, along with addenda, a question-and-answer document, and pre-proposal conference and site-visit materials.
