Description
The City of Leduc is establishing a qualification and call-out list of up to 16 contractors to supplement municipal snow-removal operations. Qualified contractors must provide operated tandem or single-axle units with a minimum 10-yard box before the snowboard, and end-dump trailer units with snowboard extensions, to haul snow from various City locations to designated snow dump sites. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis during the 2026–2027 winter season, with no guaranteed volume or contract value. The multi-stage qualification process includes an equipment and snowboard inspection, and respondents must demonstrate similar prior work. The estimated contract period is four months, with a proposed start date of November 30, 2026.
