Description
The Town of Fallston is soliciting sealed bids for the furnishing of materials, labor, equipment, and associated construction work for Fallston Town Park, WBS 51307. The project generally includes construction of a parking lot and multi-use trail, along with grading, paving, drainage, and erosion-control work. Bidders must be prequalified by the North Carolina Department of Transportation as a Prequalified Bidder or PO Prime for the applicable discipline, and subcontractors at all levels must be appropriately prequalified for the specified work codes. Bids must include a bid deposit or bid bond equal to five percent of the total bid, and bidders must acknowledge all addenda. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with the 2024 Standard Specifications.
