The Florida Department of Education's Division of Early Learning intends to enter a single-source contract with Children's Forum, Inc. to continue administering the Teacher Education and Compensation Helps (TEACH) scholarship program. The program provides educational scholarships to caregivers and administrators of early childhood programs, family day care homes, large family child care homes, and early learning coalition staff. The program supports credentials and degrees including the Child Development Associate credential, Florida Staff Credential, associate and bachelor's degrees in early childhood education, master's degrees in early childhood educational leadership, the Florida Director Credential, and credential renewals. The intended contract term is 60 months, with a stated total amount of $60,000,000, or $10,000,000 per fiscal year.
