Description
The Citrus County School Board is soliciting competitive sealed bids for new, current-generation lithium-ion uninterruptible power supply (UPS) equipment for network closets, server rooms, and other critical infrastructure. The solicitation includes six 3000VA UPS systems, 38 1500VA UPS systems, and up to 44 network management cards if not incorporated into the proposed systems. Equipment must meet specified capacity, rack/tower, battery, network monitoring, safety, runtime, and warranty requirements; equivalent products may be proposed with supporting specifications and descriptive literature. This is a one-time equipment purchase; installation, configuration, and labor are excluded and will be performed by district staff. Bidders must be authorized manufacturers, distributors, dealers, or contractors normally engaged in supplying the requested equipment, and must provide required E-Rate credentials, warranty documentation, experience information, references, insurance evidence, licenses, and completed solicitation forms. Delivery includes freight to the district's Technology Resource Center, with serial-number data supplied electronically at shipment.
