Description
This solicitation is for the procurement of one specialized tractor with attachments, as detailed in the attached Salient Characteristics document. The government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsible offeror whose quote is the lowest price technically approved product. The tractor must meet specific technical requirements including emission stage V compliance, a minimum power of 275hp, and various hydraulic, electrical, and drivetrain specifications. Several attachments are also specified, including a front loader package, front PTO, front power lift, municipal plate, front flail mower, cable winch, outrigger mulcher, branch saw, back nips pliers, and a forestry mulcher. The tractor and attachments must comply with all applicable EU directives and rules and be delivered with TUV inspection and truck permission documents. A two-year commercial warranty on parts and labor is required. Delivery is to Baumholder, Germany, by September 30, 2026. Quotes are due by July 29, 2026.
