Description
NASA Johnson Space Center requires six AltaDT 6U cPCI interfaces (PMC on carrier), each with four selectable ARINC 717 receive/transmit channels and dual-redundant MIL-STD-1553 capability with dual-function BC/Monitor or mRT/Monitor capability. Each interface includes a thumb-screw SCSI I/O connector that must use the T-series mating connector. The requirement also includes six SCSI 1553 cable assemblies, each with two 1553 channels, three-lug stub cables, and thumb-screw latching. The notice requests capability statements only; quotes will not be accepted or evaluated. NASA/NSSC states that it intends to award a sole-source contract to AltaDT, and responses will be used only to determine whether to compete the procurement. The period of performance is 30 days after receipt of order.
