Description
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka, Site Chinhae, is soliciting a firm-fixed-price proposal for a voyage repair availability for the USNS Yukon. The work package includes hull and structural repairs, auxiliary machinery repairs, piping work, galley refrigeration service, material-handling equipment inspection and certification, bridge air-conditioning troubleshooting and repair, fan and motor reconditioning, and cargo-boom bumper replacement. The contractor must provide the management, procurement, engineering, shipyard production, testing, and quality-control resources needed to complete the specified work. The solicitation anticipates a single award and requires pricing for all work items. Proposals must include the solicitation form, a completed price breakdown, past-performance information using the provided contractor data sheet, and the required CMMC Level 1 (Self) unique identifier(s). The solicitation also requires an IRS Form W-14. The work is limited to sources authorized to operate and do business in South Korea; offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. The solicitation states that proposals must be submitted electronically by email, with hand delivery or mail allowed if technical problems prevent email submission.
