Description
The contractor will operate a bicycle concession at Winter Garden Station, selling, renting, and repairing bicycles and related sports equipment. The concession must operate seven days a week, generally from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and provide cold drinks, packaged snacks, and other County-approved related items. The contractor must supply and maintain the equipment needed to operate the concession, keep the concession area clean, and respond in person to incidents involving its equipment within one hour of County notification. The County intends to award one five-year contract. Proposals are evaluated on staff and firm qualifications, technical approach, location, and fee proposal. The fee schedule requires a minimum monthly revenue payment of $916 to the County for the station.
