Description
The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for digital infrastructure project scoping services in the Indo-Pacific region. This procurement is set aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 541690. The services will support the evaluation and decision-making on proposals for grant funding that advances secure, trusted, and commercially viable digital infrastructure. The contractor will develop funding recommendations, Terms of Reference (TOR), and budgets for prospective USTDA feasibility studies, technical assistance activities, pilot projects, and related project preparation support. The scope of work includes preparing preliminary assessments, full project reports, scoping mission reports, amendment reviews, and a final report. The contract period of performance is twenty-four (24) months, with services to be performed in the Indo-Pacific Region and at the contractor's facility. The agency anticipates making up to two awards under this multiple-award procurement.
