Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Research and Development Center, Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory, requires comprehensive research and technical support for binary blasting agent DBA-105P. The scope includes readiness operations support, direct operations support, material characterization, general technical research and development, and the provision of all necessary labor, equipment, deliverables, and travel. The agency intends to establish a Master Blanket Purchase Agreement with a five-year ordering period on a sole-source basis with UTEC Corporation, LLC. This is a special notice rather than a competitive solicitation; responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to demonstrate their ability to perform the requirement. Responses must include descriptions of similar past experience and references for each example.
