Description

This special notice makes the C5ISR/EW Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS) Interoperability Requirements Specification (IRS) and related documentation widely discoverable and available. The CMOSS IRS provides a common, configuration-controlled minimum baseline technical requirements document for ensuring CMOSS compliant/conformant solutions are over-the-interface(s)-interoperable. The notice also makes available the VICTORY standard specifications (v1.9, v1.10), MORA specification (v2.4, v2.5), and associated training materials, WSDLs, and schemas. The MOSA Management Office (MMO) coordinates MOSA usage, manages and matures standards, and provides MOSA support to the acquisition community.
