Description
Salt Lake City Corporation, on behalf of the Salt Lake City Community Reinvestment Agency, is soliciting competitive sealed bids for a single purchase of a new Zamboni Model 546 ice-resurfacing machine for the Gallivan Center. The machine must include the manufacturer's standard equipment and features, plus an LPG add-on, automatic snow breaker, backup alarm, water-level sight gauge, hydraulic oil cooler, integrated auger washout system, power brush fill, snow-tank light, tire-wash system, low guide wheel, galvanized conditioner, fast ice-making capability, and an electric water gauge on the dashboard. Bidders must be authorized sellers of Zamboni-brand equipment and must submit a completed cost sheet, detailed warranty information, a current March 2024 W-9, and a point-by-point response to the mandatory requirements, including the required ethics acknowledgment. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The purchase order provides for a single purchase, and pricing must include all associated costs, including transportation and delivery.
