Description
Northwest Shoals Community College is accepting contractor prequalification applications for ACCS Project 2026 122, the replacement of 10 rooftop HVAC units and two pad-mounted units at Building 112. The estimated project duration is three months, with bidding scheduled for October 1, 2026, following prequalification. Applicants must complete, sign, and notarize the ACCS Contractor Prequalification Application and demonstrate relevant experience, including four similar projects completed within the past five years, each costing at least $206,250. The application requires company and personnel information, project-manager and superintendent resumes, scheduling practices, workload and revenue information, bonding capacity documentation, insurance capability, safety metrics, and other financial and performance information. A copy of the Alabama general contractor's license is also required. Conditional explanations may be required for specified claims, judgments, liquidated damages, notices to cure, warranty claims, or surety defaults.
