The Muscle Shoals Utilities Board is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from professional engineering companies to establish a pool of pre-approved vendors. These vendors may be called upon as needed over a three-year period to provide professional services for grant applications and possible grant-funded projects. Evaluation criteria include prior experience with state/federal grant funding (5 points), experience and availability of key personnel (5 points), proximity of the firm to the Shoals area (5 points), and past experience working with the Muscle Shoals Utilities Board (5 points), for a total of 20 points.
