Description
The North Texas Tollway Authority is seeking a qualified vendor to provide instructor-led, onsite First Aid/CPR/AED training for employees. Training must include hands-on practice, skills assessment, competency validation, and nationally accredited certification for participants who successfully complete the course. The vendor must provide instructors with current accreditation, at least three years of adult-training experience, and availability seven days per week during daytime and nighttime hours. The vendor must supply all training materials, instructional aids, CPR manikins, AED training devices, personal protective equipment, and other required equipment. Classes must accommodate 12 to 24 participants, with pricing based on participants trained. The vendor must provide rosters, completion documentation, evaluations when collected, and other requested training records within five business days after each session, and maintain certification records for the certification validity period. The contract term is one year.
