Description
Ada County Highway District is seeking a contractor to provide complete custodial services at multiple ACHD facilities. The contractor must furnish labor, supervision, transportation, cleaning supplies, tools, equipment, machinery, and incidental materials, and perform daily, weekly, monthly, site-specific, and semiannual services. Work includes restroom, lobby, office, meeting-room, breakroom, floor, trash, recycling, supply-inventory, and facility-storage services, as well as carpet cleaning and interior window cleaning twice annually. Services will be performed primarily Monday through Friday after 5:30 p.m., while coordinating around ACHD operations, meetings, public proceedings, facility access, and security requirements. Proposals must provide location-based pricing, separate pricing for carpet cleaning and interior window cleaning, firm experience and three references, qualifications and organizational capacity, key personnel resumes, project understanding and approach, and other requested information. The agreement's stated period of performance is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
