Description
The Alabama Department of Public Health is seeking floor-care services for the period October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The work includes providing all labor, equipment, chemicals, and materials to clean ceramic tile floors and grouted areas in the foyer and bathrooms, as well as ceramic tile walls and grout in the bathrooms. Furniture and other items must be removed and replaced when needed, and the services are to be performed twice per year on dates determined by the agency. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for October 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.; quotes from vendors who do not attend will not be considered. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited, and the work must be performed by the owner or legal employees of the awarded supplier.
