Description
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking information from potential sources for Am-241 sources. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334516. NIST requires four anodized aluminum alpha reference sources with specific technical specifications. Each source should have overall dimensions of 219 mm x 143 mm x 6.35 mm, with active dimensions of 203 mm x 127 mm. The activity must be within +30%/-30%. The sources must be packaged individually in sturdy containers suitable for shipping. Respondents are asked to provide company details, capabilities, reseller authorization, feedback on potential restrictive requirements, business size status, alternative NAICS codes, existing contract information, and relevant experience.
