Description
The Mayor's Fund to Advance New York City seeks a strategic planning partner to support the development of New York City's Community Violence Intervention and Prevention (CVIP) Strategy and Procurement. The selected organization will assess the existing CVIP ecosystem, conduct evidence and peer-jurisdiction research, facilitate inclusive stakeholder engagement, identify coordination and capacity-building opportunities, and develop an action plan with goals, priorities, methods, timelines, governance, and performance-management recommendations. The consultant will also prepare a public Crisis Management System concept paper, incorporate public feedback, and develop the procurement framework and Request for Proposals for the City's next iteration of Crisis Management System investments. Required application materials include responses to the application questions, a project budget and two years of organizational budgets, key staff resumes or qualifications, an organizational chart, a relevant work sample, malpractice insurance documentation, proof of 501(c)(3) status if applicable, and the Doing Business Data Form. Applications must be combined into a single PDF and submitted through the specified online form.
