Description
This Stage II Invitation to Bid is limited to contractors prequalified through the State of Utah's Stage I mechanical contractor qualification process and currently listed as prequalified by DFCM. The project requires replacement of existing unit heaters at the Utah State Hospital warehouse. The construction cost estimate is $25,000. The solicitation package includes approved plans and specifications, a hazmat survey, general conditions, and subcontractor-list instructions. Bidders must complete the online BidTable and upload a bid bond PDF. The subcontractor list, when required, must be emailed to dfcmcontracts@utah.gov by the deadline stated in the solicitation schedule. The health insurance compliance requirement applies to the awarded contractor only if the prime contract is at least $2,000,000, so it does not apply to this estimated $25,000 project.
