The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a contractor to perform onsite annual ANSI A92.2 inspections and dielectric testing for four aerial bucket trucks, including bucket liner testing where specified, and up to 15 assorted hot line tools. The contractor must provide certified technicians, calibrated testing equipment, inspection and test reports, certification decals for equipment that passes, and consolidated annual reports. Work must comply with applicable ANSI and OSHA requirements, including ANSI A92.2, ANSI A10.31, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.67, 1910.269, and 1926.957. The requirement is for a firm-fixed-price purchase order with one 12-month base year and four 12-month option years. Services are performed annually at the government-designated location, and failed equipment must be identified and removed from service until repaired and successfully retested. Award will be made on an all-or-none basis to the responsible quoter offering the lowest total overall price for all contract line items.
