Description
The New York Power Authority (NYPA) is soliciting proposals for the provision of vacuum circuit breakers for their St. Lawrence Site. Bidders are instructed to obtain bid documents and participation instructions through the NYPA's Ariba portal via their website, www.nypa.gov. Bids obtained from sources other than NYPA's Ariba portal are done so at the bidder's own risk. Companies that have been awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years include EATON CORP and ABB INC.
