The City of Herculaneum is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Scenic Drive Forcemain Extension. The work consists generally of installing approximately 270 feet of 3-inch PVC forcemain between 1540 Scenic Drive and 1562 Scenic Drive. Bids must be submitted in sealed form by October 28, 2026, at 12:00 PM local time. Public bid opening will occur at 1:00 PM.
