Description
The City of Festus, Missouri, is seeking qualifications from a firm and proposed team to assist with public communications, permit compliance review, and project management coordination for a data center development project. The work involves significant public interest, multiple permitting and regulatory reviews, and coordination among the City, developer, and governmental entities, including sewer and water authorities. This is a qualifications-based procurement; fee proposals and lump-sum pricing are not requested at this stage. The City will evaluate qualifications, experience, and approach, then negotiate scope and compensation with the highest-ranked responsive and responsible firm.
