The Citrus County School Board is soliciting competitive sealed bids from respondents approved by the Universal Service Administrative Company to supply and deliver new, unused, current-generation lithium-ion uninterruptible power supply systems for network closets, server rooms, and other critical district infrastructure under the E-Rate Program. The solicitation is for specified equipment only; installation, configuration, and labor are excluded and will be performed by district staff. Respondents proposing alternatives must submit samples, descriptive literature, and/or detailed specifications demonstrating compliance with the technical requirements. The solicitation requires firm pricing and identifies insurance requirements, but no bid, performance, or construction bond is required.
