The project includes improvement of approximately one (1) mile of roadway by overlay, pavement restoration and replacement, sidewalk, curb and gutter, storm water utilities, retaining walls, guardrail, water and sewer improvements, traffic control, and any other incidental work necessary to complete the specified work in accordance with the contract plans, contract provisions and the standard specifications. All work performed on this project will be subject to the higher of the Washington State or Federal Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates.
