Description
Yale Public School District is soliciting sealed proposals for an elementary kitchen renovation covering three sites: Yale Elementary, Avoca Elementary, and Farrell-Emmett Elementary. The requested equipment includes cash register stands, three-pan and two-pan cold food serving counters, and five-pan electric hot food serving counters, with specified stainless-steel construction, tray slides, food shields, refrigeration or heating components, electrical requirements, casters, and related accessories. Equivalent products may be proposed if supported by complete descriptive information. Pricing must include transportation, inside delivery, placement, uncrating, assembly, adjustment, startup, testing, correction of equipment malfunctions, and removal of old equipment and debris. Bidders must identify the manufacturer and model for each item, provide delivery timing, warranty and descriptive literature, applicable warranty information, exceptions, and any requested samples. The bid package includes a required bid response document, familial disclosure affidavit, and Iran Economic Sanctions Act compliance affidavit; the latter forms require notarization. Installation/assembly pricing must be included in each unit price.
