Description
The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is seeking a quote for a one-time project covering the removal and disposal of existing restroom partitions, doors, and urinal privacy panels in the Field 2 and Field 4 men's and women's restrooms at Robert Moses State Park. The contractor must provide and install 36 restroom stall partitions, 4 ADA-compliant restroom doors, 36 standard restroom doors, and 14 urinal privacy panels, and install agency-provided grab rails and 40 toilet tissue dispensers. The dispensers are identified as Bobrick Model B2892. Partitions must be at least 1/2-inch-thick solid phenolic panels, overhead braced, with stainless steel hardware and smoothly machined edges. Doors must have a minimum 3/4-inch solid phenolic core, an integral high-pressure melamine matte finish, occupancy-indicator latches, stainless steel hardware, and smoothly machined edges. Urinal privacy panels must have a minimum 1/2-inch solid phenolic core and integral high-pressure melamine matte finish. The vendor must provide color options, verify all measurements, and obtain OPRHP approval before ordering. All work must be completed by March 1, 2027, and prevailing-wage and contractor-registration requirements apply.
