Description
The Military Sealift Command is seeking one Jones Act-qualified, U.S.-flag Offshore Supply Vessel under a fixed-price extended time charter to support submarine rescue requirements, submarine sea trials, and other Fleet mission support in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. The vessel must support installation of the NATO Submarine Rescue System and Submarine Rescue Diving and Recompression System, dynamic positioning and launch-and-recovery operations, carriage of Government equipment and up to 31 embarked personnel, and worldwide deployment when directed. The anticipated laydays are February 18 through March 28, 2027. The planned performance period consists of a 365-day base period, a 366-day first option period, 365-day second and third option periods, and a 335-day fourth option period. Amendment 0005 extends the proposal deadline to October 21, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. Proposals must include business, technical, and price volumes, completed solicitation forms and worksheets, vessel documentation, financial and security information, and technical drawings.
