Description
The Military Sealift Command is soliciting a firm-fixed-price spot voyage charter for one clean, approved U.S.- or foreign-flagged, double-hull tanker with inert gas and segregated ballast systems. The vessel must carry a minimum of 15,000 barrels of JPTS within its natural segregation and satisfy extensive vessel, crew, inspection, safety, pollution-control, cargo compatibility, mooring, communications, and port-access requirements. The voyage will load at the SKJ Terminal in Killingholme, United Kingdom, and discharge at the PSD–RAF Akrotiri terminal in Cyprus. Offers must identify one vessel and include the vessel's technical particulars, itinerary, certifications, recent cargo-quality records, required Q-88 information, lump-sum freight price, demurrage rate, and acknowledgment of the charter terms. The layday window commences November 7, 2026, and cancels November 14, 2026; the charter provides 312 hours of total laytime.
