Description
Public Services and Procurement Canada is conducting an expression-of-interest process for approximately 1,585 usable square metres of contiguous office space in Winnipeg. The proposed space must be in an office or commercial building, be accessible to persons with disabilities, support a dedicated telecommunications/equipment room of at least 20.3 square metres, accommodate bicycle racks, and have an accessible route to public transit within 500 metres with service at intervals of no more than 30 minutes during weekday business hours. The space must fall within the specified central Winnipeg boundaries and meet the requirements of PSPC's Standards for Leased Accommodation. The potential lease would run for approximately 10 years, beginning on or about November 1, 2030, with an early-termination right on or after November 1, 2038 subject to at least 12 months' written notice. Respondents must provide the file number, building location and municipal address, zoning, proposed space location and measured area, architectural drawings, parking information, and details demonstrating compliance with the stated criteria. Agents must also provide an authorization letter from the property owner. This is an expression-of-interest inquiry rather than a tender or request for proposal, and PSPC may use the information for a future procurement. If a future tender results, building owners will need a valid Reliability-level security clearance before award.
