Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 5 Network Contracting Office, is seeking information on qualified sources capable of providing healthcare furniture for the Serenity Shell Build Out at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. This includes patient bedside cabinets, overbed tables, advanced recliners, dressers, wardrobes, and table lamps. The requirement also encompasses design, project management, professional installation, and maintenance/warranty services. Furniture delivery is expected between December 2026 and award by September 30, 2026. The place of performance is 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405, specifically within Building 516 (Serenity). Installation services are also required, with the product to be shipped to an installer who will then bring it to the job site for coordinated installation. The contractor must provide project management, coordinate phasing and scheduling, prepare as-built drawings, and provide maintenance manuals. A kickoff meeting is required within ten days of task order issuance, and a post-installation meeting is also mandated.
