]FRANCHISE ELECTION FOR ELECTRIC TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION SERVICES
Description
This ordinance calls for a franchise election to be held on November 3, 2026, to approve a non-exclusive franchise for electric transmission and distribution services. The election will be conducted by mail. The franchise agreement is contingent upon voter approval, and Tucson Electric Power Company will be responsible for all associated election costs.
