Description
Fisheries and Oceans Canada requires collection and disposal or recycling of garbage, cardboard and other recyclables, and organic waste at the Pacific Biological Station. The contractor must provide and maintain the specified containers, arrange regular pickups, and provide additional pickups and roll-off containers for general, wood, and industrial waste as requested. The scope includes all required labour, supervision, materials, and equipment, and requires proper waste-disposal protocols and chain of custody for each waste stream. The technical offer must demonstrate at least three years of relevant collection experience, include a waste-disposal protocol, and provide a current WorkSafeBC clearance letter and a valid municipal business licence for work in the Capital Regional District. Pricing is submitted using the provided unit-price tables. The contract period runs from award through November 30, 2030.
