Description
The Chicago Transit Authority seeks a contractor to provide a web-based risk management information system and related services. The scope includes software, installation, implementation and integration; conversion of historical claims and other departmental data; interfaces with existing systems; hosting, training, maintenance, technical support, and reporting capabilities. The system must support enterprise risk management across multiple departments, claims and incident tracking, litigation case management, insurance and financial analysis, and secure role-based access. Proposals must include a technical proposal, price proposal, bidders list, financial background, and CTA certifications, forms, and disclosures. The solicitation also requires a cover letter, an implementation and integration plan, three similar-project references, key-personnel information and resumes, a table of exceptions, and conflict-of-interest mitigation information. The contract may run for up to five years with two one-year options.
