Description
Chicago Public Schools seeks a contractor to maintain conveyance equipment across its facilities, including elevators, escalators, vertical platform lifts, dumbwaiters, and related equipment. Work includes monthly preventive maintenance, inspections and safety tests, repairs and replacement of parts, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, annual condition assessments, and 24/7 emergency callback service. Emergency response is required within 30 minutes during regular hours and within one hour at other times; non-emergency calls require a response within two hours. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, maintain service records, and submit annual condition reports and other specified reporting.
