Description
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is soliciting for two specific connectors: MIL-C-28840/16, part number M28840/16BG1P2, and MIL-C-28840/16, part number M28840/16BG1P1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items processed under simplified acquisition procedures. The requirement is set aside 100% for small businesses, with an employee size standard of 1,000. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
