Public Utility District No. 1 of Douglas County, Washington is soliciting bids for 115 kV switches for the O'Malley Substation. Bidders must strictly conform to the entire Bid Document No. 26-14-D-BID, dated June 2026. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
