Description
The New York Power Authority (NYPA) is soliciting proposals for LAPP transformer bushings for the Niagara Power Project, located in Niagara Falls, NY. Bidders are instructed to use NYPA's website (www.nypa.gov) to access the Ariba event and bid documents for detailed instructions on participating in the bidding process. Bidders who obtain bid documents from sources other than NYPA's Ariba system do so at their own risk. No business enterprises have been awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years.
