Description
Ramsey County, through its Public Works Department, is seeking professional engineering services for preliminary design of a trail along Lake Johanna Boulevard from County Road D to Stowe Avenue, possibly extending to Lake Lane, in the City of Arden Hills. The project includes reconstruction of roadway elements and trail layout. The scope includes geotechnical testing, pavement design, coordination with the City of Arden Hills and Rice Creek Watershed District, public engagement, preliminary specifications and special provisions, and cost estimates.
