Description
Willsboro Central School District is soliciting proposals for Category One data transmission and internet access services. The requirements include fully managed dedicated internet access with transport for Willsboro High School at a minimum of 100 Mbps download and upload, with incremental options through 1 Gbps, and shared internet access with transport for the Willsboro Bus Garage at a minimum of 300 Mbps through 1 Gbps. The proposal must provide service to the building demarcation point, include at least five static IP addresses, and identify router lease options and pricing if applicable. Offerors must include all monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges, along with any applicable taxes, surcharges, ineligible costs, demarcation equipment, and delivery-related construction or permitting costs. Services are needed beginning July 1, 2027. Contracted proposals should include 36-month and 60-month pricing, with optional twelve-month extensions, and must address bandwidth increases, early termination if a location closes, additional-site provisions, and no price increases during the term. Proposals must be emailed to all listed Form 470 contacts and include the applicant name, Form 470 number, service provider identification number, and terms and conditions.
