Description
Bourgade Catholic High School is soliciting fiber Internet access services with bandwidth options from 1 Gbps through 5 Gbps. Proposals must provide pricing in 1 Gbps increments, including recurring monthly charges, construction, installation and activation, equipment, software, maintenance and operations, and other eligible costs. One-, three-, and five-year contract options are requested; three- and five-year terms should allow bandwidth upgrades during the contract period. Contracts are contingent on E-Rate funding. The scope may include special construction; trenching, boring, and plowing; conduit, handholes, vaults, poles, and fiber installation; splicing, termination, labeling, testing, acceptance, project management, network equipment, software, and maintenance and operation services. The service handoff must connect directly to the owner's supplied local area network. Vendors must provide outage reporting, basic technical support without additional service fees, and a service-level agreement. The completed E-Rate Service Provider Bid Response Worksheet is mandatory and failure to submit it may result in disqualification.
