Description
Public Utility District No. 1 of Franklin County is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of three-phase transformers in accordance with the district's specifications. Specifications may be obtained from the district or requested by email. Bids must remain firm for at least 60 days after bid opening. Prices must exclude state and local sales and use taxes. Each bid must include either a certified or cashier's check payable to the district's commissioners, or a bid bond, in an amount of at least 5% of the bid, issued by a corporate surety licensed in Washington.
