Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to the American Nurses Credentialing Center for Pathway to Excellence ANCC Certification credentialing for the Asheville Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The notice states that the requirement is highly specialized and available from only one source, and that no competitive solicitation will be issued.
