Description
Henderson County Public School District is soliciting data transmission and/or Internet access services for 27 eligible entities. The requirement is for standalone data transmission service with requested capacities ranging from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps, including installation and initial configuration. The attached cost sheets identify 27 district sites and provide pricing options for 1 Gbps and 2 Gbps service at most sites, with 10 Gbps service at Mills River Academy and the district's Central Office. Bidders must follow the specifications in the attached RFP and cost sheets; email bids will not be accepted. The cost sheets present three contract structures: a 24-month contract with three optional 12-month extensions, a 36-month contract with two optional 12-month extensions, or a 60-month contract with two optional 12-month extensions.
